Shipping

The packaging and packing of Lace Beauty shipments is done by hand, carefully, checking that the products are protected against the risks of travel.

Shipping in Italy and Europe

Shipments in Italy (including the islands) will be made by courier at a cost of €4.90. For purchases over €45, shipping costs are free. Delivery time is 1-3 days.

For EU countries shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination. For purchases over 125€ shipping costs are free. Delivery time is 4-5 days.

Shipping to the rest of the world

At the moment, shipments are only possible to Italy and EU countries.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have entrusted the shipment to the Courier: in the email you will find the link to track your package.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, delivery should normally take place within a maximum of 3 working days. During the busiest periods (for example during the Christmas holidays) the timing may vary slightly, also can not be excluded force majeure causes (such as adverse weather conditions, COVID19): in both these situations, a longer than expected delivery time due to the responsibility of the Courier can not be attributed to Lacebeauty. In these cases we strive to limit as much as possible any delays and inconvenience: in case of problems we will inform you as soon as possible by email.

Limitations

Particular attention must be paid when the courier receives the package. We ask you to check with the utmost care that the outer packaging is intact: if the package is damaged or opened, it is important that the courier asks you to sign the transport document with the wording “subject to reservations”. In this way, the recipient reserves the right to check the integrity of the goods at a later date and, in the event of damage resulting from transport, the carrier may be held liable.

In the case of acceptance of the package “with reservation” and subsequent verification of the presence of transport damage, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible so that we can claim against the carrier.

In the event that there have been damages in transit but the transport document has not been signed with reservation, Lacebeauty can not be held responsible for the incident and can not grant any refund.

Invoice

In order to receive the goods accompanied by an invoice, it is necessary, when ordering, to tick the appropriate box and fill in all the data including VAT number.
Invoice requests that arrive after the goods have been shipped will not be accepted.

Returns

All purchases made by the user on the website www.lacebeauty.it are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code. The customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, except as indicated in the following points, and to obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.
To exercise this right within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods is sufficient to notify Lace Beauty want to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase by:

  1. email: ordini@lacebeauty.it, or by registered letter with advice of receipt addressed to the address below, stating the products on which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal or by filling out the online returns form
  2. Within the same period, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts and carefully packed, using a carrier of the customer’s choice and at the customer’s expense..

The following information must be provided in the text of the e-mail/recommendation

– Customer’s first and last name
– Customer address
– Order number and date
– Description of article, quantity, reason for return and amount paid
– The bank account to which the refund will be made in the event of a successful return.

It is advisable to insure the shipment against theft and transport damage. If the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss during transport, we reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred by deducting it from the amount to be refunded.

The return is valid:

  • The package must include all documents received.
  • The goods received must be in perfect condition, intact and must not have been used (the seals and pumps will be the proof)
  • The product must be returned including the box and all the elements of the package
  • The product must be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods

Upon receipt of the goods, once verified the integrity of the returned product, from the third business day and no later than 14 days, Lace Beauty will refund the cost of goods shipped. Excluded from the refund are the costs incurred to return the goods. Refunds will be made with the method of payment used in the purchase, where there are problems will be made by bank transfer. In any case Lace Beauty may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products, or until the customer proves that it has sent them.

The risks of transport for the return of the products are borne entirely by the customer, as are the costs involved in returning the products subject to withdrawal.

Without prejudice to the above, it should be noted that the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products received more than 15 working days previously (in which case the return of the goods will be refused). The right of withdrawal cannot be granted to companies or professionals (purchase with VAT number).

If the procedures, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not respected, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid. In this case, the customer may regain, at his own expense, the product in the state in which it was returned to Lace Beauty. Otherwise, Lace Beauty may retain the returned products, in addition to all sums already paid by the customer for the relevant purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the customer.
